When using shared resources, please remember the following:
(1.) Plan ahead so you have time to sign out the projector, camera, iTrolley, etc. (2.) On the signout form for the shared resource, indicate your name, and when you will use the resource. (3.) Collect the item just before you need it or when you have arranged to collect it. (4.) Always remember to return the item as soon as you have finished using it. (5.) Always return the item to the person or location where the shared resource is managed. Do NOT hand the resource on to another teacher unless that is the agreement with the manager of the resource. (6.) Report any problems with the resource to the person managing the resource, so any problems can be corrected before the next person uses it.
